JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Nicole: Very long, & slow.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Nicole: I snatched a purse for crack money & got picked up
by police around the corner from my house about 8
hour later.
JM: What as court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Nicole: It took forever to get out of the holding cell.
But once you get into the court room it goes in a
timely manner.
JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Nicole: Original:
1st degree burgulary, knowingly concealing stolen
property, 2 counts possesion of anothers credit
card, 2 count posession of anothers id, 2nd degree
robbery.
Convictions:
2nd degree robbery, knowingly concealing stolen
property.
